Philosophy:

I feel both in our personal as well as professional life the biggest challenge that one would need to overcome is our own self and second would be dealing with other people. If we can set right life standards for ourselves we will find it much easier to deal with other!!!

Professional Life:

I believe in the philosophy that organizations thrive on two key ingredients which forms the foundation of any organization, first is People and second is business results. Process and technology serve as the enablers for keeping the people motivated and drive the business results as per the expectations. With 19 years in my career and in last 8 years as manager I have practiced the same philosophy and have been fortunate enough to deliver critical business results and have built strong teams along the way. During these 19 years in Information Technology field I have worked on multiple technology areas and build & managed multiple cross functional teams with ease and positive impact to the organizations I have worked with.

Personal Life:

Personally , I am an artist at heart (also like to draw & paint) and look forward to create ways to generate happiness. I am easy going and look forward to a very simple life, free from unnecessary hassles, needs and wants. I like to have very good and cordial relationships with people.
